Gastrointestinal (GI) cancers encompass tumors of the esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine, colon, and rectum. In Rajasthan, gallbladder cancer is notably frequent, particularly in patients with long-standing gallstone disease. • Long-standing gallstones, chronic gallbladder inflammation, or porcelain gallbladder. • Yellowish discoloration of eyes/skin (jaundice), persistent right upper abdominal pain, nausea, and loss of appetite. • Persistent indigestion, upper abdominal fullness after small meals, difficulty swallowing solid food (dysphagia), or vomiting blood. • Persistent change in bowel habits (alternating diarrhea and constipation), blood in stool, unexplainable fatigue, or anemia. When GI symptoms persist beyond two weeks despite routine antacid treatment, ultrasound, endoscopy, or contrast CT scan evaluation at MB Hospital Udaipur is strongly recommended.
